Roost Roasters roasts its own coffee in Ngu Hanh Son and is reported to source from its own farm. The menu leans on Vietnamese beans, especially Robusta, served as phin drip and salted coffee, with imported coffees such as Ethiopian lots added when available. Seating runs from an indoor room to a spacious, shaded back garden.
