Why it’s on the route
Hoi An Roastery opened in January 2015, led by Rudy van Bork, as the first shop in the Old Town selling coffee roasted fresh each day. Its blends of 100% Arabica, 100% Robusta and an espresso blend were developed by Q Grader Ben Miller, and the company buys directly from farmers. It has since grown into a multi-branch local name; the 47 Le Loi shop has balcony seats over the street.
