Why it’s on the route
Blackbird opened in 2018 on Chan Cam, a narrow Old Quarter street, behind a burnt-orange facade. It works with Vietnamese coffees, including washed Arabica from Lang Biang in Da Lat and natural Robusta from Gia Lai, served as phin, espresso and a hand-brew slow bar with AeroPress. Inside it is wood and concrete with solid wifi, and there are now further branches on Lan Ong and Dang Dung.
