ACID8 opened in 2019 down Xom Ha Hoi lane in the Old Quarter and roasts in-house, setting a separate profile for each coffee. Drinks come in three bean tiers, from single origin to Specialty+, across hand-brew pour-over with seasonal lots, espresso, 18-hour cold brew and phin classics. The two-storey shop is mostly red inside; its sister bar, The Coffee Man, is in Lotte Mall West Lake.
