Lacàph was co-founded by Timen Swijtink and Korean roaster Scott Sehoon Bahng to tell the story of Vietnamese coffee and the farmers behind it, with beans sourced from Son La to Lam Dong. Its blends split by brew: a mostly Robusta Phin Blend, an all-Arabica Filter Blend and an Espresso mix, plus experimental Lab Series coffees. Lacàph Space on Nguyen Cong Tru traces about 160 years of Vietnamese coffee history and hosts coffee workshops.
