Why it’s on the route

Saigon Coffee Roastery was founded by barista Phap Vo and roasts its own beans, sourced from Da Lat and from abroad, including Kenya, Ethiopia and El Salvador. You can pick your beans for a single-origin pour-over, with Chemex on the menu, or try the 12-hour Da Lat Arabica cold brew. The quiet garden café down an alley in District 3 has a leafy front yard and a spacious white interior with well-spaced tables.
