Café Guayasamín is a family business led by barista brothers Martín and Alexis Guayasamín, who roast at their own roastery at Mitad del Mundo and buy directly from producers, changing beans every couple of weeks. Filter tastings and AeroPress sit at the heart of the menu, alongside espresso and cold brew, with a short list of humitas and desserts. The Mitad del Mundo house is the original café and the one ranked in South America's Top 100.
