Why it’s on the route

1/15 Coffee was opened in Gandaria in 2012 by Nathalia Gunawan, who brought Melbourne-style specialty coffee to South Jakarta and named the shop after her preferred 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio. The Menteng branch opened in 2017 in the same compound as Kaum restaurant, a smaller, homey room with window seats beside the bar and counter seats facing the open kitchen. Filter and single-origin espresso sit alongside its signature cold drip, the Rojali (Rock Java Lime).
