Why it’s on the route
Faro opened on Via Piave in 2016 and now roasts its own coffee under the Aliena Coffee Roasters name. The menu centres on single-origin beans and their sourcing, with pour-over, espresso and cold brew, plus a tasting-style single-origin offer. The room is bright and spacious, with a bar and a good number of seats, and it also serves breakfast and lunch.
