Why it’s on the route
Ditta Artigianale was founded in 2013 as a micro-roastery by barista champion Francesco Sanapo and Patrick Hoffer, with the first bar opening on Via dei Neri in 2014. Single origins rotate with the harvest and include micro-lots and multi-process Honduran lots, served as V60 and AeroPress alongside espresso. The Via dei Neri bar is lively and popular with both locals and tourists.
