Bristol in Grosseto roasts its own coffee on a two-kilo machine with roast curves developed in-house, producing blends at 50, 80 and 100 percent arabica. The owner, David, trained through SCA courses. V60 is brewed tableside when time allows, and espresso comes from a La Marzocco Leva.
