Caffeteca by Gardelli Specialty Coffees

Why it’s on the route

Rubens Gardelli began roasting in a 50-gram drum behind a small bar and built his own roasters, now using a 15 kg machine he loads to about 10 kg. He buys only after blind cupping and sells each coffee as a named-variety single origin. The Forlì Caffeteca serves these coffees as espresso, filter and cold brew in a cosy room.
