Special concept: worth seeing for what it is
Rome · Centro Storico, Italy
Why it’s on the route
Sant'Eustachio has operated by Piazza Navona since 1938 and is described as technically the oldest coffee roaster in Rome's historic centre. Since 1998 its house coffee has been an organic, fair-trade arabica blend from Slow Food Presidia in South America, served as espresso and sweeter specialities. It is a busy, traditional bar with outdoor tables and beans to take home.
