Miles Coffee is the shop of Minemasa Kawakami, a barista with more than ten years' experience who placed eighth at the 2019 Japan Brewers Cup and opened Miles after visiting cafés in New York. Pour-over is brewed with a honeycomb drip assist, alongside espresso from a Synesso and seasonal drinks such as espresso tonic. He calls it 'everyday coffee', served in handmade ceramics in a small, relaxed room in Takaramachi.
