The Roastery by Nozy Coffee

Why it’s on the route

The Roastery is Nozy Coffee's production roastery and café on Cat Street in Harajuku, set back from the street at the end of a courtyard, where a 12 kg Probat at the rear roasts all of Nozy's coffee. True to Nozy's single-origin approach there are no blends: two single origins rotate on espresso and around eight more are offered as pour-over. The cavernous room opens onto shaded courtyard seating under a concrete porch.
