Why it’s on the route

Brewing Ceremony is a small, quietly signed coffee bar a few steps from Ttukseom Station in Seongsu-dong, mixing brutalist concrete and glass with soft, low lighting. A roaster and sacks of green coffee sit in view behind the bar, and the menu is pared down to pour-over, hot or iced, with around eight coffees to choose from, plus black or white milk drinks from a La Marzocco GS3. Filter is brewed on Melitta-style drippers.
