Camouflage Coffee is a small Seongsu café near the Seoul Forest entrance, run by an owner who spent years working in Australia, and the flat white reflects it. Alongside espresso drinks it pours several house-roasted single origins as filter coffee, which on one Sprudge visit included a cold-fermented natural Ethiopian. The narrow, high-ceilinged room is stark white and softly lit, and beans are sold in store.
