Deep Blue Lake is a Mangwon-dong roaster run by Lee Cheol-won, known among coffee enthusiasts as one of the lightest Nordic-style roasters in Korea. Its motto is 'coffee is like a tea', aiming for a clean, tea-like cup, and the range covers seasonal single origins and the Blue and Deep blends; the Blue Blend pairs natural and washed Ethiopians with a share of Honduras. Recent line-ups have included Geishas from Ethiopia and Peru.
