Why it’s on the route

Anthracite is one of the cornerstones of Korean specialty coffee, with several Seoul shops supplied by its own roastery. At the Seogyo branch you enter through a stone garden into a tall concrete building with exposed brick, raw ceilings and big windows, and there is no music, only ambient sound and the steam wand. The single-origin filter coffee, served hot or iced, is the order here.
