Why it’s on the route

Tremor Coffee Works was opened in 2023 by Jinny Lee, who left a corporate job and runs the bar herself in a basement off Wausan-ro in Hongdae. House blends are roasted on a Korean Easyster and single origins on a Stronghold S7X, which guests can rent on weekdays, with up to 15 coffees rotating through the grinder for pour-over and espresso. The room is intimate, about five seats around a bar built for conversation.
