Why it’s on the route
Oaks Coffee Roasters opened in 2026 in the former Flip Coffee Roasters space on Bukit Timah Road, from the team behind Oaks Coffee Co. and Kinsmen Coffee. It is run by Jervis Tan, the 2025 Singapore National Barista Champion and a five-time National Latte Art Champion. The narrow, calm room has a small roasting room at the back, and the espresso menu rotates beans such as Brazil Cerrado and Kenya Gichichi AA.
