Why it’s on the route
Two friends opened Solde in 2006 as a bar-style coffee counter with baristas in green jackets, and it is described as one of the originators of specialty coffee in the area. It roasts light-to-medium coffee and supplies several Malmö restaurants. Hand-brewed filter is the featured method, often with a light Ethiopian on batch brew.
