Why it’s on the route
All Day Roasting Company was founded by Louross Kuo, who roasts on a 5 kg Diedrich IR in a roastery at the back of the Yanshou Street shop, open for visitors to look around. The front room is a large, cool all-day café with a rotating list of single origins as filter, espresso from a Slayer machine, and homemade cakes and sandwiches. The group also runs the smaller, coffee-focused Normal Coffee.
