Why it’s on the route
GABEE. opened in 2004 on a quiet lane off Minsheng East Road, co-founded by Lin Tung-yuan, a multiple Taiwan Barista Champion, and interior designer Tsao Chia-ming. The shop made its name with latte art and creative coffee drinks, such as a sweet-potato coffee, and its staff are encouraged to compete. Today GABEE also supplies roasted beans, training and consulting to other businesses.
