Why it’s on the route
Branch Coffee Roasters opened in 2025 in a residential Da'an alley, run by co-founder Luo Ke-tian with barista Louis and roaster Ethan. Ethan roasts behind the front window in view of the street, choosing clean, sweet lots and changing the bean menu roughly each season. Any bean can be brewed as pour-over or espresso, or tried as a Bean Trio: espresso, milk coffee and a signature drink from one coffee.
