Why it’s on the route
Normal is the smaller, coffee-focused sibling of All Day Roasting Company, on Ren'ai Road in Da'an. Coffee is roasted on site, and the menu keeps to espresso drinks and pour-over, drawing on higher-end lots alongside Taiwan-grown beans from the Alishan range. It suits a short, focused cup rather than the all-day café format of its sister brand.
