Why it’s on the route

Artigiano is a Kaohsiung direct-fire roasting workshop whose roasting is overseen by Mars Huang (Huang Po-hsun); the brand has been overall champion at the Australian International Coffee Roasting Competition. Large roasters sit near the entrance of the small Yancheng café, and the coffee leans rich and full-bodied with a clean finish. Artigiano also supplies cafés wholesale and has outposts in Hong Kong and Macau.
