OH! Café was opened by Lai Yu-chuan, the 2014 World Coffee Roasting Champion, and the Chihkan branch on Chenggong Road sits a short walk from Chihkan Tower. Beans roasted or supervised by Lai are displayed with tasting notes, and staff help match one to your taste for pour-over or espresso; the signature is a latte topped with a grilled cured-meat skewer. Downstairs has an open bar and a bamboo garden, upstairs a tatami room.
