Ruh Cafe is a Kaohsiung self-roasting brand founded in 2015 around the idea of honest coffee at fair prices, with the team selecting and roasting every batch. Its shops serve single-origin pour-overs alongside espresso and cold drip, and the original became known for an open, doorless storefront. In 2020 Big 7 Travel ranked it second on its list of Taiwan's best coffee shops.
