Why it’s on the route

Ceresia has roasted specialty coffee in Bangkok since 2013, in small batches every week, and is one of the names that shaped the city's scene. It has moved into a residential building on Sukhumvit 41, where the roasting room is visible through an open door and seating is tucked into separate corners. Filter is poured over at the bar, beans are sold in 50 g steps so they stay fresh, and the team runs cupping sessions.
