Why it’s on the route

Pacamara's Thonglor shop is the Bangkok roaster's long-standing original, a two-storey house at the end of a side lane off Thong Lo 25. The beans rotate and are roasted in-house, brewed on a slow bar alongside espresso and cold brew, and sold by the bag. The quieter upper floor suits a longer sit, and the building has also housed the brand's training space, the Specialty Coffee Lab.
