PAGA is run by Gabriel Carol, the 2018 Romanian Brewers Cup Champion and ninth at that year's World Brewers Cup, and opened in 2021 on a quiet stretch of Sukhumvit 31. A Loring S7 Nighthawk sits in the roasting room at the centre of the two-storey, all-white space, which doubles as a workshop. Single origins range from Daterra lots to Panama Geishas, with espresso pulled on an Opera machine.
