Why it’s on the route

Bard roasts all of its coffee in-house, mostly single origins bought directly from a small group of farmers it returns to each year, with just a seasonal espresso blend and a decaf. The bright Middle Street café beside Tommy's Park has tall windows and long tables, and offers batch brew, Kalita Wave and Chemex alongside espresso.
