Why it’s on the route

Constellation is a small, woman-owned Lawrenceville café that opened in 2013 and doesn't roast, instead rotating mostly East Coast roasters such as Vignette, Mother Tongue, Little Waves and Brandywine, plus teas from Song Tea & Ceramics. Espresso comes off a La Marzocco Linea, with batch brew and a range of manual brewers, and the shop keeps a pollinator garden and composts on site.
