Why it’s on the route

Redhawk began as an espresso truck before opening this small first shop in Pittsburgh's Oakland neighborhood, and now runs several cafés around the city. It roasts its own coffee in small batches and keeps a short, coffee-focused menu of espresso drinks, cortados and cold brew.
