Why it’s on the route

CoRo Coffee Room is the café of Bay Area CoRoasters, a shared roasting facility where more than 40 small roasters book time on a Probat, three Lorings and a sample roaster. Opened in 2018, the high-ceilinged room looks into the roastery through windows and pours a rotating cast of those roasters across espresso on a Kees van der Westen Mirage, batch brew, pour-over and cold brew.
