Why it’s on the route

Curiosity was opened on North Main Street in 2017 by Sandra Moscato and Greg Slattery, who met at a cupping and learned to roast together. They roast ethically sourced single origins for espresso, manual brews and cold brew, and the café, now with its own kitchen, doubles as a neighbourhood hub with beer, wine, farmers' markets and open mic nights.
