Immaculate Consumption is a small, long-running eatery and coffee roaster on Main Street, a short walk from the South Carolina State House. It serves coffee drinks made from beans roasted in-house, alongside baked goods, light breakfasts, sandwiches and salads. The weekday-focused shop has drawn a loyal office and campus crowd for more than twenty years.
