Star Lounge is Dark Matter's sit-down café on Chicago Avenue, a multi-level space of colourful walls, psychedelic art and quirky furniture, with outdoor seating at the back. Coffee comes from Dark Matter's own roastery, the Mothership, close by on Western Avenue. The menu leans into the brand's offbeat side with signature drinks such as Cortex the Thriller, made with chocolate and rosemary.
