Why it’s on the route

Evermore is run by Ryan and Lauren Vaxmonsky, who opened it in Burlington's Arts District in 2017 with partner Schaefer Daciek and roast on a 2-kilo Mill City roaster. The menu pairs house blends with single-origin pour-overs, and the shop has since moved from East Union Street into a larger ground-floor space in the Pearl Pointe building at High and East Pearl streets.
