La Colombe's Fishtown flagship fills a high-ceilinged former warehouse on Frankford Avenue, the neighborhood where the brand began and still roasts. Bread is baked on site in wood-fired ovens and food comes from an open kitchen, while the bar pours espresso blends and single origins alongside batch and hand-poured filter. A raised communal table looks through glass into a working rum distillery at the back.
