Why it’s on the route

Gaslight was co-founded by Tristan Coulter and Zak Rye, both formerly of Metropolis, on Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square. Pour-overs are made from beans roasted in-house or from a rotating list of guest roasters. The room has a rustic feel of reclaimed wood, vintage lanterns and taxidermy, with pastries from local bakeries such as Do-Rite Donuts.
