Goshen Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Goshen was founded in Edwardsville by Matt Herren and later bought by Jay Beard, with roaster Argus Keppel steering its coffees from dark roasts toward a lighter, contemporary profile on a custom fluid-bed air roaster. The café at the company's Shoger Drive base serves espresso drinks, tea, pastries and salads, and sells bags of its organic-focused coffees, including the single-origin Secret Stash line.
