Why it’s on the route
Holsem was opened in 2015 by longtime friends Salpi Sleiman and Muna Farhat at University Avenue and 30th Street in North Park; Sleiman previously ran the Roast Coach pour-over cart. The shop doubles as the company's roastery and 'Flavor Lab', and is best known for flavored lattes made with real ingredients rather than syrups with artificial flavors, plus several cold brews on tap.
