Jones Coffee Roasters

Why it’s on the route

Jones has been roasting in Pasadena since the mid-1990s, and its South Raymond Avenue café shares a warehouse with the roasting operation a few industrial blocks south of Old Pasadena. Roasters and grinders sit out in the open among couches and mismatched chairs, and the house coffees are served as espresso and by the cup. There's no Wi-Fi, which keeps it a place for conversation.
