Light House Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Light House Coffee on Lee Drive is owned by Amber Elworth and opened with a mission of offering work to refugees in Baton Rouge. A 2023 expansion added about 40 seats, a baking kitchen and roasters, letting the shop roast its own coffee, starting with its espresso blend. Espresso drinks are the core of the menu, and the larger room also hosts classes and private events.
