Lux Central

Why it’s on the route

Lux Central is the original location of Lux Coffee, a long-running Phoenix café and bar on Central Avenue co-owned by Jeff Fischer. It is also the company's roasting hub, where coffee for all its cafés is roasted on a 25-pound San Franciscan with a hands-on, sensory approach. The busy room serves espresso and coffee by day and cocktails later on.
