Why it’s on the route

The Roastery is Press Coffee's flagship, a standalone building in North Phoenix just off SR51 with the company's roastery at the back. The bar serves the Twitch blend and a single origin on espresso, two batch brews and up to six single origins as Kalita Wave pour-over, alongside an all-day food menu, beer and wine. Seating spreads across a mezzanine above the counter and a large outdoor area.
