Why it’s on the route

Regroup began as a coffee bar inside a Scottsdale bicycle shop and moved in 2021 to its own building in Tempe, where it also started roasting on a Loring. Espresso runs on a Slayer with a house blend of natural Guatemalan and Colombian coffees, while a rotating single origin goes into batch brew and V60. The bike workshop sits behind the counter, the showroom is upstairs, and there is a terrace out front.
