Northshore is a Jackson roaster owned since 2022 by Haven Holdings, roasting on a Loring S35 in a 13,000-square-foot production roastery. Its first café, in The District at Eastover, is a plant-filled room with a retro-tiki, nautical theme, pulling espresso on an Eversys and brewing single-cup pour-overs on an xBloom, with local beer on tap.
